WHAT BELYOTA IS
We do not claim to be the biggest firm in the room. Our advantage is quieter: disciplined research, local-language access, careful documentation and the willingness to stop when the evidence does not support the claim.
Belyota introduces parties and coordinates qualified specialists. We do not operate mines, certify reserves, excavate, transport unauthorized minerals, guarantee grade or hold client funds. The buyer and seller remain the commercial principals; licensed professionals remain responsible for their own technical, legal and regulatory work.

CONTROLLED PROCESS
A lead advances only when the required evidence is present. Conflicting identities, coordinates, authority or assays stop the process.

Confirm the mining right, permit holder, scope and status.
Validate source, stockpile, sampling, assay and traceability.
Verify company identity, mandate, specifications and capacity.
Put confidentiality and brokerage terms in writing first.
Coordinate inspection, contract, shipment and settlement records.
Commission follows a completed, documented and cleared transaction.
Land ownership establishes surface rights. It does not by itself establish ownership of minerals or authority to excavate and sell them.

LOCAL-LANGUAGE FIELDWORK
Language is not decoration in due diligence. It helps us listen carefully, explain limits, identify inconsistent stories and treat landowners, Indigenous communities, permit holders and buyers with respect.
Across our team and trusted field network, we work through local speakers and interpreters throughout Mindanao, with special depth in CARAGA. Filipino and English remain our bridge languages for formal records and commercial documentation.
