Research before introductions. Evidence before promises.

Belyota is a small, highly dependable brokerage connecting qualified mineral buyers and lawful sellers. We begin with land research, mine due diligence and a controlled QA/QC process—because a credible transaction starts long before the handshake.

WHAT BELYOTA IS

A careful bridge between a buyer and a seller.

We do not claim to be the biggest firm in the room. Our advantage is quieter: disciplined research, local-language access, careful documentation and the willingness to stop when the evidence does not support the claim.

Belyota introduces parties and coordinates qualified specialists. We do not operate mines, certify reserves, excavate, transport unauthorized minerals, guarantee grade or hold client funds. The buyer and seller remain the commercial principals; licensed professionals remain responsible for their own technical, legal and regulatory work.

CORE SERVICES

Three disciplines. One defensible file.

Each assignment is built to answer the same question: can the parties responsibly move from a claim to a controlled commercial discussion?

Land Research

We build the land and tenement picture before anyone treats a lead as a transaction.

  • Title, tax declaration, survey plan and technical-description review
  • Surface rights, access, occupancy, heirs, encumbrances and adverse claims
  • Tenement overlays, permit-holder research and direct MGB verification
  • Ancestral-domain, FPIC, community and land-use screening

Mine Due Diligence

We conduct site visits, analyze chemical reports, and assess production feasibility to prepare mines for sale or verify supplier capacity.

  • Corporate identity, authority, beneficial ownership and seller mandate
  • Permit scope, coordinates, status and legal authority to produce and sell
  • Qualified geologist, engineer, laboratory and counsel coordination
  • Risk notes that separate a prospect, a tenement and a saleable product

Supply Chain & QA/QC

No matter if it’s textiles, high-tech, or communication cables, with 10 years of experience, we streamline sourcing, logistics, and operations in mining by providing the right tools on time.

  • Stockpile review, geotagged evidence and documented sampling method
  • Three-part sealed samples, chain of custody and umpire-sample controls
  • Assay, moisture, penalty-element, weight and shipment-document review
  • Buyer specifications, delivery basis, OTP/MOEP and payment-control checks

AREA OF EXPLORATION RESEARCH

CARAGA, read as a connected mineral and community landscape.

Our research covers the five CARAGA provinces and follows the evidence from land records and mineral tenements to roads, communities, stockpiles, laboratories, ports and potential buyers.

North

Surigao del Norte & Dinagat

Tubod–Placer, Boyongan–Bayugo–Kalayaan, Alegria, Mainit, Sison, Surigao City and Dinagat prospect areas.

Central

Agusan del Norte

Tubay–Santiago–Jabonga, Butuan–Magallanes and adjoining tenement, land-access and logistics corridors.

South & East

Surigao del Sur & Agusan del Sur

Lingig, Marihatag, San Miguel and Bunawan–Rosario, with defined deposits, prospects and occurrences kept clearly distinguished.

CONTROLLED PROCESS

Eight gates before a transaction closes.

A lead advances only when the required evidence is present. Conflicting identities, coordinates, authority or assays stop the process.

  1. 01

    Lead

Record the person, role, location and claim without promoting it.

  2. 02

    Land

Research surface rights, access, ownership and community context.

  3. 03

    Authority

Confirm the mining right, permit holder, scope and status.

  4. 04

    Product

Validate source, stockpile, sampling, assay and traceability.

  5. 05

    Buyer

Verify company identity, mandate, specifications and capacity.

  6. 06

    Protection

Put confidentiality and brokerage terms in writing first.

  7. 07

    Transaction

Coordinate inspection, contract, shipment and settlement records.

  8. 08

    Close

Commission follows a completed, documented and cleared transaction.

Our operating rule

Land ownership establishes surface rights. It does not by itself establish ownership of minerals or authority to excavate and sell them.

RESEARCH DEPTH

What goes into a defensible introduction.

We build an indexed review file and record what is verified, what remains unconfirmed and who must independently confirm it next.

Land

Title or tax declaration, survey, boundaries, occupants, access, zoning and adverse claims

Mineral authority

Agreement or permit, registered holder, approved area, commodity, validity and status

Community

Ancestral-domain overlap, FPIC or Certification Precondition, LGU context and local concerns

Product

Lawful source, stockpile, quantity, assay, moisture, penalty elements and production records

Buyer

Registration, representative, beneficial owners, mandate, specifications, proof of funds and end use

Movement

Chain of custody, OTP/MOEP, weight, delivery, insurance, invoices and settlement documents

LOCAL-LANGUAGE FIELDWORK

Research is better when people can speak in the language they trust.

Language is not decoration in due diligence. It helps us listen carefully, explain limits, identify inconsistent stories and treat landowners, Indigenous communities, permit holders and buyers with respect.

Across our team and trusted field network, we work through local speakers and interpreters throughout Mindanao, with special depth in CARAGA. Filipino and English remain our bridge languages for formal records and commercial documentation.

BROKERAGE, CLEARLY DEFINED

A protected introduction—not a shortcut.

We control disclosure so a credible seller and a credible buyer can meet without exposing sensitive information too early.

FOR SELLERS & AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES

Prepare a buyer-ready evidence package.

  • Corporate identity and authority to represent the legal seller
  • Verified mineral source, permit and stockpile records
  • Independent assay, quantity, logistics and target commercial terms
  • An anonymized brief before controlled buyer disclosure

FOR BUYERS & OFFTAKERS

Receive researched leads—not anonymous promises.

  • Define product, grade, penalty elements, quantity and destination
  • Complete company, mandate and financial-capacity screening
  • Review the controlled dossier under confidentiality
  • Arrange independent inspection, sampling and contract review

WHY SMALL CAN BE STRONG

We would rather lose a questionable deal than weaken a dependable name.

01

Precise scope

We say what we know, what we do not know and which professional must verify the next point.

02

Controlled disclosure

Exact sites, documents and contacts are shared only after verification, confidentiality and approval.

03

Independent checks

We coordinate qualified geologists, laboratories, counsel and government verification rather than self-certify.

04

Documented closure

Contracts, transport records, weight, assay, payment and commission are recorded before the file is closed.
